Saber ground tanto, anyone?

I'm a man who likes his tanto blades. Not my favorite blade shape, but I still like them. I've been searching for a few hours now, on and off, and I have to ask... are there any production tanto blades that have a saber grind? It seems like they're all the same old compound hollow/flat style. I think Microtech makes a few, but they'll never get a single red cent from me.

ZT 0700, smoothest knife I've received out of the box.

Jk, how comfortable is the 0700 in hand? I've always put off getting one because the ergos look rather sharp.

Strider makes a 3/4 grind that's close to saber, not sure of your budget but you could probably find one $3-400 :)

A Strider is in my price range, but I just don't feel comfortable carrying a knife that expensive.

Off topic, I must compliment you on the Vault Boy icon.

 :)

You may say that now but I'm certain that once you have an SnG or SMF in hand, you will have a hard time NOT carrying it, they're great knives :)

So they tell me. :)

How about fixed blades? Any nice saber ground ones, or shall I go custom?

i've got a zt700 that i have yet to put in play yet; i don't think it's a saber grind...it's not it play because my primary tanto folder is a strider rw1 which is a saber grind, and i use it without hesitation to pry, pierce and scrape; it's definitely a hard working tool for me...

Its deceptively comfortable in the hand, not sharp at all. The grip i mean, blade came plenty sharp.
