Pros/cons of each?

Does one offer a significant advantage for general usage?

Also, anyone here strip a full flat grind? Photos?

Thanks,

Flat grind will cut much better. Saber is more stout. Really though it depends... Good luck!

By general use im going to assume edc and since edc blades tend to see work like cardboard cutting, strap cutting, and package opening im going to say a flat grind wins in that category since its a better slicer and has less resistance the deeper you cut since it is one smooth grind up to the spine. The saber grind is much beefer behind the edge to add strength for heavy duty chores like camping. Both will cut things just fine

Well, with most Busse's that are 0.25" or thicker, Flat grind splits wood just fine.

well any busse in any grind will split wood just fine :D. Hell id be comfortable using the spine to baton through cinder blocks with a busse

Yeah, I won't be hacking through concrete or skinning the sheet metal off of a car with my Busse, but it's nice to know I could if I really needed to. :p
