The other day I placed an order for a small carbon black bi-fold and went on with my day. Later that morning I received an e-mail from Kelly stating that the shipping loaded too high and she was going to refund the difference, also acknowledged I had chose expedited shipping and they would get it processed quickly. Things like that will keep me coming back and recommending to others.
