On a couple of knives that I have that re no longer made, can you make trainers or not?

I notice that you have to have the OK from a manufacturer before you do a production model, a trainer to match it. But what if the knife is no longer made?

I have a Blackjack Vorpal Sword, a Pacific Cutlery Bushmaster...a this, a that...

I also have one of your tanto trainers...I like your stuff.
