safety on a kershaw cyclone

My scallion has a lock on it preventing it to open accdentily, does the cyclone have one of these also? as that is my next purchase for a EDC

The Cyclone actually has a switch on the top of the frame to turn on or off the speed safe assisted opening system rather than the safety incorporated on the chive, scallion, and leek models. Switch in off position it becomes a smooth one hand opener and in the on position it is a quick AO machine. Standard models have sandvik 13C26 blades and also available in limited qualities with ZDP189 blades. You will love the Cyclone, it will blow you away !!!

thanx for the info got a combo blade cyclone coming its my first combo blade hope itll do well on all thta rope

It is a great knife with a big, broad blade and very sharp. Hold on tight when you press the flipper.
