Which one do you guys think i should get? Leave good reasons and personlal experience using the knife. Don't suggest any other knive than these three.

What do you intend to use them for? Everyday carry blade, work knife, camping utensil, kitchen cutlery? Insufficient data. ;)

My CTS-XHP Manix is my favorite, but if it were between the regular Manix 2 and the Sage, I'd have to go with the Sage. Perfect ergos(as long as you're a righty), excellent materials, perfect clip/carry, and first class construction. I've never been very impressed by BM's 154CM, plus the Manix is cheaper with G10.

Personally, I couldn't decide between them, so I bought all three. I think that when you consider the strength and build quality, the Manix 2 will win the day.

I own a sage 2, two manix 2s and a minigrip(not the HG) but i have handled the HG full sized griptillian. The griptillian feels hollow, it's too light for it's size and the handle is too fat. the sage is one of my favorite spydercos, the blade shape and handle are very comfortable to use. However the size of the sage is more comparable to the minigriptillian rather than the full size. the manix 2 is almost a larger version of the sage, similar blade shape similar handle shape. I own the CTS-XHP version of the manix and it's been my EDC for as long as i've had it. I would say it's my favorite of the three but they are all good knives.

Interesting thread.

Freedom makes some valid points and this is wear personal preference comes in. I like the light weight of the 550HG, the fat handles, that is why I picked up a Benchmade Bone Collector (sorry know you did not want another knife mentioned) over the Manix. I wanted something thicker in the hand.

With that said the Manix does offer better grip length wise then width wise and does have one killer of a lanyard hole!

Either way all are good knives. Between the Manix and the 550HG I think most people will pick up the Manix due to the handles of the 550HG 'feeling cheap'. Both are great slicers (limited experience with the Manix) both are IMO great knives. It just comes down to what feels best in YOUR hand and unfortunatly no one can tell you what you will feel comfortable with. Try and handle all of them. I get a 'I have to have this!' feeling when I pick up a knife and then I just know.
