Sage 3 Amazing Slicer Crazy

Hi guys. I did another cutting test and just got the video posted to youtube for you guys to check out. This thing cuts! Its like a laser. It left the zt 0450 in the dust. I put my personal sharpness test into the video too; its in the beginning. This video also doubles as a review of the knife as well.
 
The geometry on Sage really is great for slicing. That definitely plays a huge role.
 
haha, yea. It is quite the slicer indeed. I knew it had the best grind of all my knives, but i did not know it would perform at such a high level as it did. The blade on the sage 3 is actually a little taller than the other sages, so it may have additional slicing capability.
