Could you discuss the weight/chopping leverage between the FBMLE and the FatFBM?? The fatty seems to have more INFI along the length of the blade.

I told myself I wasn't going to buy one of the fatties because I bought too many other knives lately. Well, most of the ones I am waiting for have not yet arrived and Monday was my birthday, Tuesday was my anniversary.
I am expecting a (small) boatload of knives any day now, but they still are not here. I told my wife not to get me anything for my birthday and anniversay because I already bought all of my gifts. Really thought a package was going to arrive on my b-day, and when it didn't I had to get my infi fix so I grabbed the Sage FFBM.

I didn't think I would like it very much because I thought it would be too much blade. Well I was wrong! The blade is huge and heavy but it feels great in the hand. It is noticibly heavier and slightly more blade heavy than the CG, but I love it. Looks better in person than in any of the pics, and after seeing randucci's naked FFBM pics I know I did the right thing. The FBMLE is still my prized Busse!
