hey guys... i wanted to wait until the para arrived till i took pics but owell... this has been my edc for a bit and its a great knive I recommend it highly.

i wish i had better lighting... oh well. maybe in the future

She's a ripper, mate. No unnecessary frills or adornment, just pure function. The Sage is pretty close to a perfect EDC, in my opinion.

What would I do to improve it? Nothing.

Beautiful knife, great pictures.

Question, I love the way the knife looks and already have it on my wish list, but haven't yet had the opportunity to hold/handle one. How does the Sage compare to the Caly 3 in terms of size, ergonomics, etc.

The "Sage" design is a synthesis of the "Native" and the "Caly3". I needed a design with more space (width) than the Caly in order to fit the various locks. Some locks require more space than others and I wanted to keep the pattern as true to the original as possible for each variation.

Thw "width" is the reason I like it much more than my Caly3....or any other knife. Not only my favorite Spyderco, but my favorite folder ever!
