Hey y'all, I've become quite enthralled with sailors traditional patterns lately and want to get some eye candy together in a thread. I've always liked blades that are a little funky so my first suggestion is a Sunfish/Elephant Toenail pattern. Second, is a recent obsession, the Gwalarn pattern. Until an hour ago, I didn't know it was called Gwalarn but I like the look of this as it reminds me of a sheepsfoot in a pruner style. Anyhoo, let's see some more salty pride! Show me your high seas sharp stuff!

Here is Camillus rope knife, sail boat "friendly" :) It is unusual to find it 3 3/8" close length. Usually they are much larger (the one in the middle)

Wow Meako, more info please!

Jack, that knife is breath taking in it's aura of history. We can only imagine what tales it could tell if it could talk!

Thanks Carl, I am still blessing my good luck for finding that one. Not sure I'd trust the compass bearing though! :D
