For those of you that have carried a Victorinox with a special design on it, how's the durability? Especially if it was to ride loose in the pocket or maybe on a keychain, how do the graphics hold up?

If you want to keep the graphics, don't put it on a keychain or in a pocket with other items.

My Warthog design Tinker has held up well to in pocket carry, it has a clear coat on it to protect it. It will wear over time, but its not overly fragile. A keychain would probably wear it comparatively quickly however.

It would be wishful thinking to hope for the imprinted artwork to hold up well, when even much tougher anodized alloy parts can wear off and get scuff by friction through constant or long term pocket carry.

came up with a micofibre slip pouch as a way to try and lessen the effects of wear to the artwork on the scales from coming into direct contact with jingling keys and whatnots in the pocket.
