SAK blade stamp question

I have two Victorinox Spartan folders (two is one, one is none), one is older, the other relatively new. One has "rostfrei" stamped on on side of the base of the main blade along with "victorinox swiss made stainless", and the "crossbow and swiss cross" logo on the other, along with the words "officier suisse." The other only has "victorinox swiss made stainless" on one side, and "officier suisse" on the other. Are they both authentic? SOSAK says that the crossbow logo is a sign of quality. Why wouldn't one of the knives have it, then? Was the stamping changed?

As I understand it the crossbow has been used on a lot of Swiss products to denote their commitment to quality, BUT it's not a regulated thing so it's not like it is awarded nor can it be taken away. I suspect that Victorinox just got bored with being asked "what's the little umbrella for?"

Here is a page that shows all the blade stamps that Victorinox have used over the years.

Thanks guys. I was concerned, because the knife without the markings developed a loose handle scale. That's rare enough for a SAK, and combined with the lack of markings, I feared the worst...

Pry the offending handle scale off (carefully), and re-attach it with some superglue at the rivet points. Problem solved.
