Sak cadet rivet depth. Problem or not.

I just received a sak cadet alox. I noticed that the center rivet on one side is a little higher, or not driven in as far as the rest of them. Is this something to be concerned about?

Hard to tell from the pics but if it's penned over it should be OK.

Most of mine vary a bit on how much they are penned over.
