SAK Cybertool versions

The greater the number the more tools you get with the knife.

Not sure every additional option but most dealers list the features.

I have the biggest and it's a nice little tool...

Very few people know that the biggest Cybertool is actually the Cybertool XL, known in the US as the SwissChamp XLT. :) This is the "kitchen sink" model that has almost every tool Victorinox has put on a knife, including the Cybertool's 4mm hex driver and bit holder.

Gotta keep an XLT on you so when someone whips out their SAK you can whip out yours and say "Nya-nya, mine's bigger!" I laughed when I got mine, it was bigger than I thought and I have the regular Champ.

Just to be helpful - go to the SwissArmy.com website and type in "cybertool" in the search box and these will be returned, I've entered the respective links below each:

#54919, #54939 : cybertool 29
http://swissarmy.com/webstore/moreinfo.cfm?product_id=2845&category=39

#53919, #53926, #53942 : cybertool 34

#53938, #53943 : cybertool 41
http://swissarmy.com/webstore/moreinfo.cfm?product_id=1589&category=39

and the "biggest"
#53504 : swisschamp xlt ruby

Ahhh... CRAP! ;)

I don't know if I can bring myself to buy another big one. It doesn't sound like it has that many features over the XL. The work champ looks like fun though.

Interesting - thanks....

Apparently there is the SwissChamp XXLT -
although it seems to have exact same model number as the CyberTool XXLT displayed on that Swiss-Knife.com web page of 1.6795.XXLT

Doing a search on "1.6795.XXLT" the photos I found seem to show a piezo-electric gas lighter built-in:

k_1_6795XXLT.jpg

with the translated script of:
QUOTE:
SwissChamp XXLT, NO. 1.6795.XXLT
Price: 290 CHF

Fuktionen: Piezo gas lighter and in large amounts further tools.

Zurzeit the "Nonplusultra" the Victorinox army measurer, however too largely for regular use. Ideal gift for measurer collecting tanks.

Only available in clock box (no case).

More photos:
10-1.6795.XXLT_SwissChampXXL.jpg

from this translated page

from this supposedly English page - but not yet translated:

It's hard to tell from the main photo of the Swiss-Knife.com web site - and they don't specifically mention the Piezo gas lighter - however the two detailed photos seem to show the rather wide layer that may well be the lighter.... the same model # should mean the same model.

There is a lighter in there for sure. You can see the little flame icon, and it says something about being flammable. Now how do we order one of these in the USA? :)

I've done Yahoo and Froogle searches on "SwissChamp XXLT", "CyberTool XXLT" and "1.6795.XXLT" - but have not come across any US sources for the SAK.

Failing any convenient US sources/vendors you may have to bite the bullet and order one from the various overseas SAK sources - via the links already posted in this thread (another overseas vendor of very good repute is "IceTiger" - icetiger_blue@yahoo.com )

BUT it may well be worth contacting Paul Elsener (brother of the current owner of Victorinox) at -

When I got mine my wife asked whether it came with a sheath or a trailer.

I have the Cybertool 34. It's very nice, just right for EDC. Those bigger SAKs are cool, but not real practical. I don't know how I could gracefully carry a Swiss Champ - sized knife in a business suit!

I decided to email them to get more info, here is their response:

Dear Mr. Fulp, you can see the Swiss multitool for collectors on us web site on-line www.bottegadelcoltello.it please click on the link below.
