I have been playin around with my SAK forester(older model with large serrated blade, saw and standard blade) for the first time since buying it and cant stress how sweet a knife this is. I never really noticed it until I started to carry it but its very comfortable to use and the large blade is ample for almost any job I do. I like having the saw as today I needed it to prune back some small branches around the house.
I like the liner lock which gives me comfort that a normal SAK doesnt have but it has all the normal things a normal SAK does. Like a toothpick and tweezers and a canopener and bottle opener. The serrated blade may not replace my para-mili but it is nice to have and I cut some bailer twine and paracord with it very easily. I have been finding excuses to use it as it has become a small joy to play with. It has the size of some of my usual carries but the cool "nice things to have" of a sak. I usually dont edc saks but this might go in the other pocket aside my DDR GH.
