OK! Times up people. Well nobody hit the nail on the head - 224, my daughter's birthday. But Normark came closest with 227! Email me your address buddy and I will ship it to you.
Who is the knife going to? All the entries seemed like good causes. makes me wish I had a bunch of them to give away!
Thanks for playing y'all.

Decided to give a lil' something back to the forum which has brought me so much enyoyment! I have a mint condition SAK Tinker with nylon/zytel scales (?) not the regular shiny plastic ones. Its been carried once or twice, sharpened once and had a coat of Tuf Glide, other than that it is mint - sorry no box it came in a plasric clam pack.
I would like to give it away to a youngster (under 16) who has an interest in knives as a kind of introduction. Could be your kid, relative, neighbor, co workers kid, etc

Pick a # between 1 and 300. I will announce winner early next week.
Good luck to all of you!

Nice idea Doc. I do the Big Brother thing and I'm sure the kid would love your knife. Right now he's into hatchets. 11 year olds, go figure, just wish he'd stop chopping everything in sight! Number is 17, the calibre of the rifle I'm teaching him to reload.

You da man Dr.

I know an 11y/o girl who would love to win this thing. Number is 90 the year she was born...

Thanks Dean

My younger brother just started Boy Scouts (actually about a year ago) and I know he’d enjoy that knife. So I’ll guess 111. Sure do appreciate the offer.

Hi,

My brother-in-law is 11 so it would be cool to give him one. My pick is 13.

S.

My 9 year-old grandson would LOVE to have that SAK Tinker (since he loves to "tinker" with stuff). I'll try my old stand-by number 99.

I will go with 148 for my son. This would be his first knife!! Period. Then again he is age is still measured in months. I would like a SAK to be his first

My number will be 851
Thanks alot
I am 16 anit got any knives yet. So this would make a great start.

My son is 12, and we're just getting into mountain biking together. It would be perfect.

My guess is 108.

Good luck to all.

I'm tutoring a kid (14) in math and science, and he has taken a liking to my knives. (can't believe the price on them either!) I'd like to get him started on knives in a good way. He needs a good male role model, and I think a knife knut is the perfect kind!

Number 207.

Thanks Doc!!

I have a SAK Spartan used but in real fine shape that I'd also like to give away to a youngster who has an interest in knives as a kind of introduction. Could be your kid, relative, neighbor, co workers kid, etc. .... same deal as Dr van Nostrom. Just drop me an e-mail at THE KNIFE'S BEEN CLAIMED and tell me a sentence or two about the kid, and give me a mailing address. First e-mail takes the knife. Honor system applies, folks.

TOO LATE GUYS, THE KNIFE'S BEEN SPOKEN FOR.
