I bought this knife today as a second thought to the Kershaw Leek I went to get!
Darn thing caught my eye. Reminded me of my days as a Scout.
The serrated "gut hook" should come in handy.
Even the drab Green paint is textured for a better grip.
Alot of thought went into this gem. Even the main blade locks open too! Sweet.

I have used a Vic Hunter for years. I purchased it before she was one and she is five now. I like the gut hook as well for cutting tough material, and the plain edge is easy to sharpen with a Gatco sharpener, to a razor edge. I have recently misplaced the original (red) hunter I had but have foung the green-handled counterpart I replaced it with. Excellent tool, good at cutting. I use mine for a variety of activities.
