I'm sure this gets beat to death around here but I've checked sakwiki and a few other sites and can't seem to identify it. In posting in the multitool section I got to thinking about how I don't know what model my first SAk is, and I've had it for years. It was my second knife, and even after years of use in scouts and even cleaning a few deer it still has years of use left in it. It is 3.5 in long and four layers thick. The closest model I've found was the Tinker but unless i'm mistaken that's not it. It has been the most useful combination of tools I've come across in a SAK, and its all in a very small package.

No hook, all blades are open. The only tools on the back are the phillips head and the awl. The plier and scissor layers are just backsprings. Funny though, when I was young I wished it had a hook, even though I never needed it.

Thanks! Its good to know I wasn't too far off. Its really a great little knife. If I didn't need big pliers so much and a saw occasionally I'd probably still be carrying this all the time.

I was going to guess the Mechanic, but I forgot that the Mechanic doesn't have scissors.
