sak lanyard clip??

Hi guys, I have seen some pics of swiss army knives with a clip that was attached to the o ring and was wondering who made them and what they are called? it's a pocket clip but kinda like a lanyard if that makes any sense :o I tried googling it but came up empty.
 
Thanks guys....now I've got this crazy idea i can make my own, if it comes out good i'll post pics:)
