SAK lost snapo snap

Hey all- I have what I think is a Spartan here.... One big blade, and one small one.... the small one has lost all snap to it. Has alot of resistance, no snap opening, and no snap closing.... Have tried lube, opening and closing under soapy water..... it was thoroughly cleaned and lubricated... What to do?

I am in Germany BTW.... is there somewhere I can bring this thing to be serviced?

You can send it back to Victorinox for repair. I sent one with the same problem. I got lucky and they didn't charge me anything.
