SAK Model ID Help Needed

I've spent way too much time trying to ID this SAK model using online resources with no luck. It's 90-91 mm and 2 layers thick. It has spear master blade, bottle opener/screwdriver/wire stripper, hook, corkscrew, scissors, tweezers, toothpick, ball point pen, and straight pin. Is it factory original or after-market modifications? Thanks, T-A
