I am in the market for something rather unique. I would like a SAK Cadet but have the knife replaced with scissors. What are my options? Any recommendations? Advice?

Your options are nearly nothing.
You could try and find a alox Voyageur, but they are long discontinued and not readily available. If you did find one it would not be cheap.
Your only other option would be a custom.

It would actually be nice to have a model that doesn't have a blade (for those poor souls who are forced to live in or venture into places where blades are verboten) yet has all the wonderful tools SAK is famous for. I can see a market for that sort of thing in this modern world (ugh).

Jetsetter 3 is in production and easy to find.
Wenger Air Traveler, out of production but easy to find.
Wenger Swiss Clipper AT, out of production but easy to find.
Three years ago, SwissBianco talked about a 20 piece run of a 91mm SAK for air travel.
