I recently purchased an Alox Silver Classic and I noticed that it had something that my Alox Pioneer and Cadet did not. On the back of my Pioneer and Cadet there's a smooth blank space without any lettering or engraving. The back of my Alox Classic has the word "VICTORINOX" engraved in all caps on the smooth space.
Is there a reason for this difference?
I've purchased all three of them in the last 6 months.
Note: I purchased the Cadet and Pioneer from GPKnives and BladeHQ while I purchased the Classic from Amazon; could this be the reason for the difference / is the amazon one a fake or something?
The logo looks legit and the blades have the correct tang markings.
