Gotta ask. I live in NJ, and frequent the city often. I have read all the cautionary tales and have officially been spooked. Now, gotta ask.. if I carry a simple SAK Soldier... and lets say that somehow a cop sees it.. its okay right? I mean, a SAK is safe to carry right?

The "city" meaning NYC? If so , then a SAK with a blade less than 4" kept in your pocket when not in use is ok.
