SAK Pioneer Age

Well, I have started getting as serious as my budget will let me on collecting knives. As you know, that is hard to do. Anyway, I have tried lots of knives for EDC'ing and keep coming back to one of the more budget friendly ones...The SAK Pioneer. It is red alox and has the old style cross with no shield. The liners are brass. Wondering what time period this would be from. I can try to post a picture if needed, but I'm sure the experts will know. Like I said it is just a hard one to leave home without.

Thanks for the information Slowstarter. I've been looking for something like this. Lots of information. Looks like the 1960's to 1970's is the age range for this one.
