Man what have you been cutting with that saw ??
Should stay sharp for a long time...
Anyhoo...
If I were you, I'd clamp the blade into something, small vise or vice grip, (protect the blade with something).
Get yourself some cloth backed sandpaper,lay it face down and with a sharp carpet knife and a straight edge, cut long strips off of it...
Hold the strips tights and work the teeth back and forth, being careful not to round the edges.
You may also want to try an emery stick,,but doubt you can get it in there....
Shouldn't take much to bring it back,,unless its in bad,,bad shape...
