I got bunches of knives and many that have super steels and cool locks and grippity wowzer scales, but the damn Sentinel serrated takes the best edge of all and is so thin that it slices like crazy.

It seems to think its way through stuff.

OK maybe not THICK stuff, but everything else. The chisel grind can slice off a hunk of skin before you can feel it.

And you don't have to baton it through your index finger.

This is frustrating. I leave RSKs at home and carry the SAK.
Or a Delica.

I should be knife-whipped. :o

The other day, I had a pile of cardboard I needed to cut up for recycling. I grabbed the SAK Florist or utility or gardener knife as it's also called, and started slicing through the stuff like nothing with that thin blade and chisel grind you speak of. My Endura doesn't do as well. Really, the SAKs are super slicers!
