My Hiker needs some time with my fine stones. At what angle does the blade come from the factory? 20 DPS? I'm headed on a backpacking trip next weekend, and it could use a little touch up before that. Thanks!

the blades are sharpened to a 15° angle, resulting in a 30° V-shaped steel cutting edge. The blades are then checked with a laser reflecting goniometer to verify the angle of the cutting edges.

Easiest way is to just mark it with a Sharpie, and match what is on there. Factory reported angles are seldom accurate.
