Blade
Nail file
Scissors
Saw
Tweezers & needle
Reamer thing
Can opener.
Lanyard hole or key ring
Prefer alox

And preferably not much of nothing else, could accept the pressure pen or hook.

Which SAK comes closest?

Alox and tweezers and a needle is a no-go.
The Huntsman is close but no nail file.
I actually don't think there is an actual nail file on most of the full size SAKs. Wood/metal, sure, which can be used on nails.
The closest I can think of in that regard is the Ranger.

Steely_Gunz Steely_Gunz is correct. The Ranger is close.

I went to the swiss army dot com website (I don't think I can link it) and you can click on the tools you want in a knife and they show you your options. I input your data minus the alox. I also put in metal and wood saw.

I got 4 results. Swiss Champ (SC), SC XXL, SC XLT, and Cyber Tool L. You also get a lot of extra tools in those. Again, no alox in those 4 either.

I have read of people doing custom SAKs but I couldn't give you a name or guess a price to build what you want.

Now I'm just going to throw this out there:
If you can live without the saw and the needle, the Leatherman T4 is a really nice clutch of tools. I bought my daughter one a month or so back, and she loves it. Locking blade, good set of drivers, really robust scissors, and tweezers tucked into the scales.
Honestly of they made one with premium steel on the blade, I would get it. Actually, if it just came with a saw, I would get it. I really like the locking mechanism on the Free series.

Been on that road too long deciding on a SAK or a Leatherman, I finally settled on - it must be a SAK....also must have wood saw.

Farmer X!

For the nail file and tweezers/toothpick, also carry a classic.

Huntsman or Field Master. No nailfile though. You could add a keyring Classic SD or Signature, or a pocketable 4 blade Cadet for the nailfile ... or a beautician's nailfile in shirt pocket next to your writing instrument of choice/necessity ... or use the scissors to trim the finger and thumb nails. :)

Huntsman has backside corkscrew and awl. Field Master traded the corckscrew for a #2 phillips screwdriver. Otherwise the same blades/tools. Both also have a toothpick (reuseable) and tweezers in one of the covers.

I agree the Farmer X and a Classic would be the best bang for your buck. Your original request could be accomplished with a custom Cadet Plus X having a backside awl and custom scales to house the toothpick, tweezers and pin. This would be a much more expensive option.

The thought of scissors in one of my SAK's makes my skin crawl. But to each their own.

I am curious to why you think that way.

I never paid much attention to SAK's because my philosophy was any tool that tries to be good at different uses is going to be bad at all of them. I retained the view the SAK was a bit of a gimmick and besides who is scared of the Swiss army any time after the middle ages, answer: no-one.

I finally used a SAK wood saw and scissors for some tasks and experienced how well they worked and my philosophy changed instantly.

What is your issue with the scissors???
