You can get an idea of how many by going to http://www.sosakonline.com and clicking on the "SAK Selector" link in the left-hand navigation bar. From there, you can select "pen" in the tools or misc tab and then press the "select" button to see the models listed. This will be a partial list, but it's a start.
One other thing to know: all the 91mm Vic SAKs can be outfitted with what are called the "Plus" scales. Some models came with the plus scales, some didn't, but you can buy plus scales to retrofit if not. The pens fit into the plus scales on the 91mm models. Some of the 58mm small Vic SAKs also come with pens, such as the Signature and some Manager and MiniChamp models.
Soon, someone else who knows more about SAKs than I do like FelineVet or UnknownVT will probably post a more complete answer than I have been able to...

So now I'm thinking I need a small 58mm with pen and light. A tweezers would be nice too, but unless I missed something I do not see that any of the 58mm ones with pen and light have a tweezers.

Guess what I'm really looking for is a 58mm SAK that has what my swiss card lite has plus a extra item or two. If there is not a current one made was there one made in the past that I can search for?

Sorry, unfortunately the LED and pen take up both slots that the T&T would use.
