One of my favourite knives, 315 sent it to me 2 1/2 years ago. And an Alox today. I don't know much about the history of the 1990 US knife but it has a nice blade shape and a no fuss feel.

I am serious!!
No camping. The wife is my support. We stay at Inns B&B etc. We keep moving as I keep going!! The wife ain’t doing the big miles!!
It’s been a Blast so far !!

Pat I think you’d really like it ! It’s pretty much always with me and even fits in the watch pocket with room to spare. It’s very handy to for those small tasks.
