Hi Sal,

I just got a copy of the 2001 catalog--the one with the sunset theme and a picture of the Chinook on the front. The images are great. The knives themselves are, of course, great. But the text could use some work. I'm more picky about this than most people, but I hate to see such a beautiful catalog suffer from grammatical problems.

I've been in publishing for 10 years and I'm currently the Senior Editor for a house in Golden. I would be more than happy to copyedit and proofread your catalogs and other promotional material--free of charge. Spyderco's a small company but you manage to do a lot for the community; I'd like to offer my services in return.

I can work with any electronic files, and I can even just stop by on the way home from work. If you think you might like to take me up on my offer, please feel free to email me at gregfeld@hotmail.com or post here.

Sincerely,

Greg Feldman

Thanx Shmackey. We'll contact you through email. Olive is on vacay next week, so it might be a week or so.

Olive, Joyce, Eric May and I do the catalog.

sal
