I just got done watching my Sharpmaker 204 video and have a question regarding combo edge knives. In the video you mention that serated blades are ground on one side only, and that to keep a sharp edge they should be sharped at something like a 4/1 ratio of ground side to non-ground side. What about a combo edge. What do I do with the non-serated portion?
