Get thee to Lowe's now! There are 3 clearance items on the cheap-Gerber AR 3,25, with pocket diamond hone for ~20, some SAKs, including a climber/rally combo for 14 bucks! Why are you still reading this?--Joe

I stopped by Lowes and visited the knife department. I didn't see anything on clearance. Did they have these knives in a different part of the store? The Lowes in my area just opened in January so maybe they never had the older stock to clear out. I picked up a SAK Recruit for $14 or so, so I didn't leave empty handed.

Yup, I stopped at Lowes and they had the Climber II with the rough finish red handles on sale (came with a sharpener). The sharpener is not one I would ever use, but the knife was well worth the 11 bucks they were selling it for so I grabbed a couple.

No luck at the first Lowe's in town here. Maybe tomorrow I'll try the second.

Did score some more clearance SAKs at Target though.
