I have a knee surgery bill and holiday bills that will be due in about a month and I need some funds.

Due to legal uncertanties, I cannot ship to New York (sorry). Buyer must be 18, and this knife must be legal to own and buy in the location its being shipped to. USA BUYERS/SHIPPING ONLY

ok, waiting to hear from powernoodle. its a Emerson Hard Wear knife. it has a back lock and is one of the asian manufactured Emerson knives. its got nice serrations, and afaict its never been used, but is not in original bag or box, and a small scratch on the clip, so lets call it used.
blade is stamped Seki, Japan
 
I do not want the Emerson, but I appreciate you holding it for me. As I noted by PM, it may be called the "Endeavor". Thanks again, though.

its less about owning and more about carrying. i believe all if not most of the knvies on your sale thread can be owned in new york. not shipping to california would probably be safer.
