Im a Military person who has an Auto knife that is legal for said military person to own. Can I sell said knife? If I do what precautions do I need to take? Thanks Im in Missouri. Military and LEO buyers only or what are my options? Thanks.............

only legal when on duty and authorized by your superiors ,off duty civilian laws apply,

Your military status only allows you to possess the auto "incident to the performance of official duty by the armed forces." Beyond that, it is illegal to possess or sell autos in the state of Missouri, per 571.020.1 of the Missouri Revised Statutes. You cannot sell it at all and if you are carrying that auto while on leave or off-duty, you are breaking the law.

If you wish to sell it, you will have to take it into a neighboring state such as Arkansas where sale is legal and carry out the transaction in person. Technically by the letter of the law arranging for the sale while still in Missouri is illegal, though in practice it's unlikely you'd be caught.
