Sales help needed

This is probably going to be confusing but I’m going to try to explain it the best I can.

So I posted 2 knives for sale probably a month and a half ago. I sold one and I posted the other one today along with 2 other knives. Should I have added the 2 other knives to the first one or was I right to start another one?
The reason I’m asking is because they are all the same knife, red para 3’s.

Also how do I get the first sales thread to go away?

Or maybe I’m completely missing something...

Any help would be appreciated thanks!

You can't make the previous ad go away. You can edit out the content, if you choose; or you can close the ad, so nobody can post in it.
Once a couple weeks go by, you're better off starting a new ad than adding to an old one - the old ad is likely to be 10+ pages deep (twice that, in the most active sections)

Lots of help here:

To hh's reply, I would add:
  • You must wait 14 days before reposting a knife.
  • Be advised that threads are not bumped back to top in the exchange by posting in the thread.
  • You can close a thread by mousing over "thread tools" just above and on the right of the opening post. In the resulting popup, clear the check box that says "open" next to it.
  • To change a thread title, mouse over thread tools. From the popup menu, choose "edit thread".
