Salsa colors?

Are there 2 variations of the blue Salsa? I’ve only ever seen a dark blue Salsa, but recently saw a picture of a sky blue Salsa. Not sure if there was a small number produced in sky blue, or if it was a lighting issue.

Except as it comes in burritos I am not a Salsa expert, but given the bottom doesn't have the pepper, could it be a titanium one that was anodized blue?

It doesn't have the cutout.

They say there was a limited run of 100 pepperless blue ones made for a spot in Japan.
