Salsa hood......and the zip tie thread....

I have a Salsi in Ti, and after reading the posts about the zip tie thing, I thought "Hey, thats what that stupid hood is for". I have noticed that sometimes that the knife has come half open when being drawn at an angle, but I never thought about deliberately doing it. Man, this thing is cool, works similar to the 'wave', and opens every time, locked into place. I think I like the hood after all.

Maybe you could make a wire version of the wave and screw it down with the cobra hood's screws
