I am way behind on posting work and although my dance cart is fairly full lately I want to take some time to do a quick and easy job at least once or twice everyday because it makes me feel like I'm getting stuff in and out of here. So, this one should be good for today I think. A nice simple point reprofile and slight blade shortening.

Nphelps asks me for a 'splinter picker' and to make the total length so its just not just barely covered by the handle. Here it is before.

Look for an after later on.

Thanks

And here we have after. I did this so the point and tip tucked down in a little better into the folder body when closed as requested. You can't see that here obviously but you will one you have it in your hand.

Thanks

Hi STR,
That looks fantastic! Exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to get this one back and start using it.
Thanks again,
Nick

Won't be long. Probably Monday. I got it in the mail this afternoon. I doubt it got post marked today because it was late but point is its in the system and on the way.

Thanks

Hi STR,
Got the knife yesterday and I couldn't be more happy with it. The new blade profile is much more to my liking and the tip is comfortably within the handle now when closed now.

For my purposes, this tip is ideal. If anyone is considering a tip-reprofile, I would say 'go for it.' This is definitely my #1 serrated knife now, and I also love the Rescue that STR 'wharncliffe-d' for me.

No problem. Snag one. These are great knives. I've had several in both serrated and plain edge. Wonderful care free users these ones. Especially with the new point on them. :D
