For snorkeling, IWB Carry in bathing suit, or in zipped pocket carry, which would you pick?

Any dedicated diving knife should be fine. They are usually cheap, rust resistant and easily available. I have a few and as long as you give them a rinse at the end of the day they will last forever.

Unless you want to stab something a flat end one, with prying capability, for getting limpets off rocks if you like eating them is good and less likely to stab you.

The White River looks like a really nice knife. From Spyderco you might want to look at this.

Terrain 365 .rust proof!!!!

I wouldn't stick a knife inside your waist band if youre looking to dive or jump in the water. Good way to loose it. So id suggest a Spyderco folder in the Salt series and clip it to your waistband and tie some cordage through the lanyard hole to a loop of some kind so in case it does come free its still tied to you

I don't have a need for a dive knife, but my go-to beach knife has been a serrated Spyderco ARK in H-1. Throw it around my neck and i'm set :)

A serrated Aqua Salt is my do-everything knife. It’s amazing!
I traded one away long ago and regretted it si I picked up another a few years back for a snorkeling/fishing/kayaking trip and forgot to bring. I need to break it in.
