Super duper cool Makael. You're an artist. Knowing Salty, I'm guessing this sheath is for a 5? Looks like it. Awesome sauce man. Hot and spicy awesome sauce..
Oh. My. Good. Lord. I'm not sure, but this has to be close to the biggest moron effort I could have conjured on this site. And I'm generally a monumental idiot. Hmm. I could edit that but then.. hmm.. nah. We'll leave that one for the record. Springy the dunce who canna read titles..
Anyway, I really like the dual carry option on the rig. Versatility plus. I've never had the pleasure of carrying a large knife scout style so this appears a bit foreign to me. But I can see how it would be very convenient especially in some circumstances (riding horses, ATVs as mentioned). Really cool sheath for the.. um.. which knife was it again?![]()

Yeah, same here. I only have a BK2 scout sheath but rarely use it. When on a horse I usually just hip carry a 16 and neck an 11. The 9 I hang on the saddle ring for cutting branches. Even then I'm a bit Leary to use it for fear of the horse jerking or somehow moving into a swing. I do use it though to chop through fallen trees or branches on the trail that require dismounting to take care of.
Gonna ride Sunday. Imma bring the 21 and scout the 2 and report back!
And to stay on point...
Great sheath! I'd love more leather some day.
