BF brothers over here on the custom subforum....sorry I have not been very active lately, I just got married in march and things have been BUSY!! Damn!! the wedding planning was like a second job! :eek:


The time and effort was worth it!! everything went super smooth, then off to a delayed honeymoon in Paris in May and then straight to blade show 2014 from the honeymoon( like a knife nut should)!...well enough about me this is about knives!! :D


This was a VERY generous gift from Sam to me last year at blade 2013...I promised pics of the sheath so instead of a necro-mancing of the old thread new thread and pics are in order!


This is the only hunter i currently own ....5" ish W2 blade with hamon and dyed poplar wood handle....why would you need anything else.;)


Sam's talent as a knifemaker is without question.....his character and quality as a person is something I hope you all get to experience first hand!!!


I finally have pics of the sheath Paul long made for it! Dragon scale tooling on a cross draw sheath!!


HMMMM... another flawless sheath, Paul do you think experience plays a part in your quality??:p

Hey Jeff, Congrats on tying the knot and a cool honeymoon/Blade Show!

Really nice knife and sheath combo. I like the sheath a lot but I think I say that about all of my Paul Long sheaths too.:thumbup:
