Samuel Lurquin has donated his Furious Maximus to the CKCA to be given away at Blade Show 2017. It

also comes with a shark skin sheath made by a leathermaker Paul Long.

Now comes to that all important question…how can you acquire this knife??

All you need to do is go to the CKCA website (www.customknifecollectorsassociation.com) and signup or

renew for a one year membership and you are then automatically entered to win. Dates are June 1, 2016

to May 31, 2017 for new and renewal memberships.

The knife specs are: The blade length is 9 inches with an overall length of 14 inches. The Explosion

Damascus has his Badass Sam Pattern which is made from 15n20 and 02 Steels. The guard is of 02 Steel

which has been blued. The 5 inch handle is of high grade ebony wood which is carved by Serge Raoux.

The CKCA would like to extend their appreciation that all individuals that are involved with this project.

There are many good reasons to belong to the CKCA and this is one for sure! Fabulous knife and sheath combo.

It is a fact that Sams generosity has touched so many people in the knife world

He is a big guy with a big heart and a whole lotta talent and more Importantly work ethic

I'll be renewing my membership regardless but I sure hope I'm lucky :)
