Just finished this one for a customers order for Christmas

11-3/8" overall length
6-1/2" alabama damascus blade with a slight recurve
damascus soldered on guard
damascus end cap fileworked to the stag
Afzalia burl wood spacer with copper spacers
Sambar stag handle

That looks good Jim. I like the materials and looks like you did a fine job soldering on the guard.

To my eye, if you did a bit of work on the guard, such as rounding the edges and fileworked it, it would really add some nice detail. Another option would be some fileworked spacers. The guard and ferrule just appear a bit plain. Just my opinion FWIW.
