You know you've found the right girl when she up and runs off to go hiking, while I'm at work! She grabbed some relatives up and hit the trail a few days ago, and all I got from the trip was poked fun at cause I couldn't go lol.

Ahhh, at least she had fun, and got some good shots of her Beckers lol.

The disturbing part, she stole your knives!

Looks like she had fun though. Sucks she killed the cheez it bag!

Ahhhhhh! That is good then! Looks like she had fun anyway.

I been going stir crazy in this concrete jungle.

Good thing i'm not the only one who's found a woman who actually enjoy hiking and outdoors activities, and doesn't just go along to make me happy.

Now adays she's just pissed that she can't come with us when we hit the woods, because she's 7 months pregnant and a nasty case of PGP has her hopping around on crutches.
So untill the end of july it's just my 6 year old daughter, our dogs and I running around making the frase "we're not lost, we're exploring" our slogan.

Looks like fun. Is this the Natural Bridge area?

Congrats Norse!!!!! Sorry to hear about the ailment with your wife, but it'll make for some great daddy/daughter time!

Yeah Warrior, its one of the less taken trails. A bit too long and difficult for most folk, but very scenic and fun to those that like putting miles behind them.

Its where we do most of our playing. I live only about 20 minutes from it, so in the summer we try to log at least 15 miles a week there. And I'm sure you will vouch for the fact that 15 miles there is no easy task lol. Straight up and down most the time!!!

That mile hike we did wore my old ass out, haha.

About the only towns near there that I can remember are Clay City, Stanton, Slade, and Pine Ridge.

I used to hit red river gorge a lot in my twenties for rock climbing. Ah, those were the days! Great state to be in for outdoor activities.

Yeah, we do have fun out there. And that kid is a good trooper. While all other kids i know, her age, starts complaining after walking for like an hour she was still going strong after 7 hours with one 30 min break the last time we where out exploring.

And if things work out like the last pregnancy my wife will be back on her feet shortly after kid #2 is born.

From the pics that looks like an awesome trail imo. I think i'll have too take a closer look at it if i ever cross the pond and find myself in that area.
