Sampler series

Can anyone give me some information about these knives?

I have the catalog but want some more info.

I realize that they are not tactical knives but I think they look like a handy knife for some tasks.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do they hold an edge well?

Do they disappear into the pocket like I think they do?

Help me out please. I'm a bit off the beaten path here.
