The detail work on the Sgt's handle is incredible! The grain on that wood makes it look like Kingwood. I believe that's what it's called. If I didn't know better, I'd swear Sgt. Khadka was seven foot tall looking at the monster khuks he makes. That chiruwa Samsher is a beauty of a chopper.

Jay, are you sure you don't want to put that Bhanduk up for sale:D? And with a teardrop fuller? It sure is nice!

I never wanted a Bhanduk before but this wood-handled one is really attractive. A jack of all trades.
And the Samsher is an impressive chopper on par with a CAK or a BC. I just wish it had a 3/8" spine to lighten it up some.

someone must have told sarge the zombies are coming...how many of these monsters did he make!?

I never wanted a Bhanduk before but....

You and me both ... this is beautiful and seems a real worker at the same time.

You and me both again ... 42 ounces is way too heavy for my ability as a guy in his mid 50's. IMO around 30ounces would be ideal and would have 'sold' along with my name on it .

Yangdu very nice knives you have there....I never knew the Bhanduk has such nice flowing lines...and the Samsher is like alexs says (impressive) to say the least...Wish I had the coins....:-)

John you have great eyes! I thought it was a hollow-forged but you certainly pointed it out.
It was a long awaited but well-worth it.

Thank you Auntie!
