Many thanks to Coop for his post about the 'No Frills' lightbox or this wouldn't be possible, for me anyway.
I could not get any decent shots without almost total reflection.
The smaller of the two is in its original Bill French sheath, probably more rare than the knife itself! This piece has a blade length, from the front of the integral double-guard to the tip, of 5 1/2" with an overall length of 11 1/4". The knife is crafted from black Micarta, stainless pins and thong-hole and 1/4" thick 154CM stainless, DEEPLY hollow-ground, mirror-polished, double-edged and razor sharp! The second knife is an earlier piece and a little bigger............about the same specs as before but burgundy Micarta, 7" guard to tip, and almost 12 1/2" overall length. Again, double-edged and SHARP! I do not have the original sheath for this knife and can only dream of it...
EDITED TO ADD: It's the work of Jody Samson, if there was any question...
