This one Look's quite Old but you never can tell, I took lot's of picture's, But my picture takeing skill's are limited "But I try and do my Best ! This Sword Weigh's 4 LB. Total Length 42 1/4" Blade Is 26 1/2" and Very Sharp "I LOVE THE EDGE ON THESE SAMURAI TYPE SWORD'S AWESOME ! !" Here's some picture's any Info. on this one would be Greatly Appreciated, I know at the Gun Show's we had Dealer's trying to Buy this one and one guy went as High as 250.00 he started low and kept going High I think he knew something that we didnt, All his offers were turned Down, But he gave me his Card so If I decide to sell he still want's It, Anyone have Info. on this one, The Sheath seem's to be made of some sort of ? It's "Not Wood" It's Not Plastic" and It's not Metal" I'm stumped on this one, The Handle End's are Brass or Bronze every thing Is except the Blade, The Steel of the Blade has some "Beautiful Swirl's through It" I hope It show's up In the picture's If not I'll get better one's, Here's some picture's,

use the little flower button on digital cameras for closer than 3' distance.

Judging from what little can be seen in the pics, it looks to me like a wallhanger.

I don't know, everything screams wallhanger, but the blade appears to be Damascus, pricey for a wallhanger.

Unless it's just random acid etching... or varying mild steels pressed and ground - not particularly pricey ;).

Yeah, seems like a sword-like object - not a sword, but a decoration.
Do browse through the forum for more on some recommendations on what constitutes a "sword" - and where you can find a Japanese-styled one of better quality.
